Chicago Girls Who Walk at TITLE Boxing

Boxing 45 is our signature boxing fitness class, providing a full body workout.  Starting with a 7 minute warmup, the coach will review stance and the 6 punches with corresponding numbers.  Next up: 8 rounds of boxing, building up to the combo of the day, while incorporating the focus of the week. Each round is 3 minutes and separate by 1 minute of active recovery. Finish up class with 7 minutes of core work + stretching.  Sweat, relieve stress and build your mindbody connection in this 45 minute session.
