Strength in the City Festival

Doors open at 7:30 am, our first class will begin at 8:15 am and the last health and wellness class will finish at 3pm. Rain or Shine. 

BYO yoga mat, water bottle and enthusiasm!  

There will be a 5k run at 8am and a community walk at 9am for those that want to take part as well!  

After party will take place from 3:00-8:00pm right in the same space! A variety of DJs from Dusk Dance Music will be showing off their vibes for you to dance along to.
