BODYWEIGHT CONDITIONING

Service Description

Join Coach Paulina for a full-body conditioning class that solely uses your bodyweight for resistance. Expect to move in primal ways (using your hands and feet at the same time) and have fun while doing it! You'll warm up the body with a joint-by-joint approach, move through three circuits of movements and finish class with a full body decompression.
