Strength and Conditioning has its roots in the classic sports performance model utilized by traditional strength and conditioning programs. This is an intense lifting session (30min) followed immediately by conditioning (30min) – including sprint work, speed/agility/quickness, and cardio circuits. The first half of the class will leave your muscles burning, the second half will have your lungs burning.
