The love for fitness began well before the 15 years put into the industry. As a 3 sport HIgh School athlete, Collegiate, and Combat sports, the importance of fitness really settled in where it transitioned into career and lifestyle. With over 10 years of Group Fitness experience in Boxing, Kickboxing, and Strength work I try to bring a different flavor to fitness where it makes people come back for more. Yes! It will be intense and you’ll have to dig deep to finish strong, but in the end there’s nothing more gratifying than working hard and accomplishing a goal.  That is my goal every time
