Revive Your Soul With A Fitness Retreat

Not long ago, my husband and I took our first trip to Arizona and had the same experience as first seeing the ocean. My eyes could not absorb enough of the vast scenery. As we drove from the red rocks and cacti near Scottsdale into Flagstaff's higher elevation and pine trees, I was transfixed by the diverse beauty. We hiked into canyons and up rocky mountains and along statuesque cacti under the warm sun…and I felt a shift within me. A cloud lifted from my mind and was replaced with a lightness in my heart that had been vacant in recent months.

In the afternoons we rested our tired bodies under the warm sun and enjoyed decadent and robust meals in the evenings. Our hearts were bursting with joy. We couldn’t stop thinking “we want everyone we know to feel just like this” Overwhelmed with the drive to cultivate and share that exact experience with others, The Revival Retreat: Scottsdale was created!

The Revival Retreat transcends a traditional getaway and is a luxuriously curated, experienced-focused revival for the soul. Under the warm Arizona sun, fresh air, fitness, amazing food and a focus on fun are the foundations of this experience. Pillars of this retreat include group fitness classes on the lawn or alongside the pool, hiking excursions in the bold Arizona red rocks, and guided meditations. Fantastic food is a must and will be prepared daily by our in-house chef. Each element of this experience is intentionally designed to promote the revival of the head, heart & body.

Movement

Movement is my love language and the drive behind my north-suburbs boutique fitness studio, Studio Elevate Fit. Movement has profoundly affected me in improving my mental health, figuring out who I am, and navigating through my days. I process my anxiety, overwhelm, and ebbs and flows of life through planks, squats, and downward dogs next to someone else working through their own human experience. It lifts my spirits, and helps me process and connect to myself and others. Thus, group movement is a cornerstone of this retreat experience. Each day choose from a low-impact group class like mat-pilates or barre in addition to a sweatier option like cardio-kickboxing or HIIT. Then explore new terrain on foot as daily hikes take you through the beauty of the red-rock desert.

Food

Food is so much more than fuel and nutrients for our bodies. To us, it’s a love language, a course in self-exploration and so much fun to enjoy with others. Rest assured you’ll eat in ways that fuel your head, heart, and body with the best ingredients, delectable recipes, and robust flavors prepared by our in-house chef.

Intentionality

Intentionality is what differentiates this getaway from a traditional vacation.  Each experience is designed to help you find peace, have fun, reconnect with yourself, and revive your soul! Guided meditations, journaling activities, and the serene surroundings of the estate will aid in this sense of purpose.

Fun

Remember fun? A sense of joy, even if it serves no purpose? We seek to deliver this to you in our movement, adventures, and little surprises along the way.
