Bridget Murphy is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, living and teaching in Chicago, IL. Her classes involve yoga, mindful breathing, and meditation and are friendly for all levels. Each class is designed to:

Bridget has always loved yoga for its ability to build strength inside and out, and its benefits from the mat that spill over into all areas of life. She has been practicing for over 10 years, and leads classes in vinyasa, yin, meditation and mindfulness styles for students and corporations internationally.
As a yoga teacher, she aims to make the yoga practice accessible and enjoyable to all. She does that by helping all yogis feel empowered to explore and expand their own practice, developing trust in their own mind, body & spirit connection.
