Bridget Murphy is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, living and teaching in Chicago, IL. Her classes involve yoga, mindful breathing, and meditation and are friendly for all levels. Each class is designed to integrate mind and body, and bring awareness to the present moment, helping us better navigate our emotions and behaviors throughout the day. You'll leave class feeling both grounded and energized.
Bridget has always loved yoga for its ability to build strength inside and out, and its benefits from the mat that spill over into all areas of life. She has been practicing for over 10 years, and leads classes in vinyasa, yin, meditation and mindfulness styles for students and corporations internationally. As a teacher, she aims to make yoga accessible and enjoyable to all by helping all yogis feel empowered to explore and expand their own practice, developing trust in their own mind, body & spirit connection.
