Erika’s passion for health and fitness started as an NBA dancer. While dancing for the Chicago Luvabulls, she learned how important it was to tone and maintain strength and endurance for long rehearsals and high-energy games. She learned about muscle awareness and how to dance and work-out safely and effectively. After dancing with the Luvabulls for 10 years, she started teaching fitness classes, while coaching a high
school dance team.
Erika is currently a dance teacher and teaches group fitness classes at Midtown Athletic Club (Chicago). She recently started teaching for Little Lion, an online interactive platform that provides services in wellness, inclusion, and leadership building. Erika will be your biggest cheerleader in motivating you to keep finding your truest potential. Her classes will leave you not only sweaty, but also inspired, finding a positive, physical, and mental change within yourself. She is so excited to move and sweat with you soon!
