The love for fitness began well before the 15 years put into the industry. As a 3 sport HIgh School athlete, Collegiate, and Combat sports, JC truly embraced the importance of fitness, transitioning from student athlete into a career and lifestyle as a personal trainer and boxing instructor. 

With over 10 years of Group Fitness experience in Boxing, Kickboxing, and Strength work, JC brings a different flavor to fitness, inspiring people to continue coming back for more. 

Yes! It will be intense, and you’ll have to dig deep to finish strong, but in the end, there’s nothing more gratifying than working hard and accomplishing a goal.  That is JC's goal every time — he teaches and together you and JC will make it happen!
