From a young age, movement was Maggie's language of expression through dance. Throughout her years as a coach, she's come to see it as:

  • A tool to understand ourselves

  • A way to process what's happening in our outside world 

  • An avenue for finding more calm within ourselves

Now, Maggie aims to lead yoga classes that help you feel at home in your body, wherever you are. She's a 500-hr E-RYT yoga instructor, and she holds certifications and specializations in:

  • Personal training

  • Group exercise

  • Corrective exercise 

  • Postpartum corrective exercise

Maggie is also a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, as well as a lululemon ambassador in Chicago, leading in-studio yoga classes in Chicago and virtually via her website,

She also loves working with folks on alignment, breathing, posture, core control and mobility via private yoga sessions.
