From a young age, movement was Maggie's language of expression through dance. Throughout her years as a coach, she's come to see it as a tool to understand ourselves, and a way to process what's happening in our outside world to find more calm within ourselves. Now, Maggie aims to lead classes that help you feel at home in your body, wherever you are.

Maggie is a 500-hr E-RYT yoga instructor, and holds personal training, group exercise, corrective exercise and postpartum corrective exercise certifications and specializations. She is also a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist. She's a lululemon ambassador in Chicago, lead classes both in-studio in Chicago and virtually via her website,, She also loves working with folks on alignment, breathing, posture, core control and mobility via private sessions.
